摘要: Resume La petite taille idiopathique est definie par une inferieure au 3e percentile pour l’âge, chez un enfant avec poids et de naissance normaux, absence deficit endocrinien, pathologie osseuse ou genetique organique. Le traitement hormone croissance approuve aux Etats-Unis dans cette indication car il permet gain statural, certains, amelioration la qualite vie. Il n’existe pas consensus sur duree du traitement, les criteres surveillance, benefices risques a long terme d’un GH des patients priori non deficitaires. L’instauration ce cout identique celui donne presentant isole en GH, pose multiples questions d’ordre ethique. Un IGF1 recombinante ne doit l’instant etre propose situation, fait manque donnees eventuelle resistance partielle certains idiopathique.
