摘要: Abstract The development towards higher individualization and functional density pushes the need a flexible production of multi-material lightweight components. In this paper, extrusion based additive manufacturing was used to produce polymer-metal hybrids with polypropylene aluminum alloy. For purpose, screw-driven extruder on six-axis robot used. Due adhesion incompatibility untreated metals, surface sheets electrochemically micro-structured. investigations show that enables mechanically stressable joint through filling microstructures polymer. Investigations lap shear joints reveal distinct influence contact temperature between polymer metal onto strength. A sufficient is required for microstructures. Thus, increased temperatures favor strengths. Furthermore, use consolidation roll shows beneficial influences in lower ranges due application pressures during strand deposition.
