摘要: Abstract A study was made of electron-impact ionization the parent-ion in water vapour and heavy-water as a function electron energy up to 170 eV crossed molecule-electron beam apparatus. Absolute cross-sections were obtained for processes H 2 O + e → 2e D by means normalization against Ar. The results are compared with previous measurements q (H /H O) discussed theoretically terms additivity rule. Using linear-extrapolation method following potentials deduced from low-energy cross-section behaviour: ( B 1 ) = 12.7±0.1 eV, 12.75±0.1 16.2±0.2 16.0±0.2 eV.
