摘要: Ethanol is produced continuously via the carbonylation of methanol, by (a) carbonylating in a reactor R, presence carbonyl complex metal group VIII periodic table and halogen compound, (b) separating, distillation column D1, discharge, into top fraction comprising methyl acetate, dimethyl ether an organohalogen bottom water, small quantities acetic acid catalyst, if latter not fixed bed, residence time being so adjusted that greater part reacts with methanol present to give (c) separating from D2, organo-halogen acetate recycling (d) distilling off, D3, water D1and removing this circulation, R consisting (e) using hydrogen hydrogenate, hydrogenation H, conventional manner, mixture ethanol, (f) ethanol D4, R.
