摘要: With the increasing need to evaluate health spending comes a for frameworks that capture multiple goals of hospitals. There is rethink application theoretical approaches investigating IS in light objectives medical practitioners using practical technologies. The Balanced Score Card (BSC) has been successfully applied hospital environments, but not Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) which are among most important e-health implementations environments past decade or more. Therefore, this research investigates if BSC adequately captures strategic hospital-wide PACS implementation. We conclude adequate key features be evaluated. An expanded model, PACS-BSC model proposed as much more appropriate tool examining such systems. This developed resource both researchers and practitioners.
