摘要: Covering: 1986–2003 This review covers the structures, synthesis, biosynthesis, and bioactivity of a series cytotoxic macrolides, named amphidinolides, isolated from symbiotic marine dinoflagellates genus Amphidinium which were separated inside cells flatworms. The structures long-chain polyketides such as colopsinols sp. are also described.
