摘要: Tbx2 and Tbx3 are closely related members of the T-box family transcription factors that important regulators during normal development as well major contributors to human developmental syndromes when mutated. Although there is evidence for involvement in pancreatic cancer, so far no reports characterizing expression pattern these genes pancreas. In this study, we examined spatial temporal mouse pancreas adult using situ hybridization immunohistochemistry. Our results show both expressed mesenchyme throughout beginning at embryonic day (E) 9.5. addition, vasculature epithelial-derived endocrine ductal cells late fetal stages, postnatal contrast, exocrine tissue Further our demonstrate tumor-derived cell lines, respectively. These dynamic changes lay foundation investigation potential roles development.
