摘要: A general expression for the frequency spectrum of radio waves scattered by random thermal fluctuations electron density in a plasma magnetic field is derived. The derivation based on generalized Nyquist noise theorem. result simplified an approximation assuming velocity light to be infinite. It shown that this adequate ionospheric applications theory. Next it proved, without appealing any approximation, can never alter total signal power; only redistribute power over spectrum. Finally, detailed shape examined. Analytic expressions are given certain limiting cases, but cases most interest, numerical methods must used. Results calculations shown.
