摘要: Abstract : Steady, inviscid, incompressible, two-dimensional flows of stably stratified fluids over a barrier or barriers are examined theoretically. The density gradient and u sub rho to the 1/2 power assumed be constant upstream, where is horizontal velocity. Exact solutions large amplitude waves valid for arbitrary Richardson numbers obtained finite height in semi-infinite domain confined channel. These constructed from vortex pairs doublets. (Author)
