摘要: Taking into account the preliminary antagonistic/biodegradation property showed by Pichia membranifaciens and Sporobolomyces roseus, which decreased initial patulin concentration of 588.4 to 290.0 µg/mL, ability P. ohmeri 158 in biocontrol against Penicillium expansum decrease vitro was performed. The culture supernatant effective 66.17% micelial growth, indicating antibiosis related with killer phenomenon. 223 µg presence cells over 83% original concentration, when incubated at 25oC/2 days > 99% after 5 incubation time, undetectable level 15 days. pH 4.0 3.3 along experiment, suggesting that an active process a consequence yeast metabolism. results suggested could be promising alternative for inhibition growth degradation.
