摘要: The invention relates to a method of removing the fibrous shells from cereal grains. This according comprises pretreatment step, wherein moisture content grains is increased, e.g. in case corn 16 more than 20% by weight, followed step exposure pretreated thermal shock means cryogenic medium and thereafter mechanical treatment thereof.
