摘要: To evaluate the functions of HLB-1 in regulating organization and function neuromuscular junctions, effects hlb-1 mutation on synaptic structures were revealed by uncovering expression patterns SNB-1::GFP UNC-49::GFP, pharmacologic assays with aldicarb levamisole also used to test functions. Further rescue mosaic analysis confirmed HLB-1’s role junctions. Loss did not result defects neuronal outgrowth or loss, but caused obvious UNC-49::GFP puncta localization, suggesting altered presynaptic postsynaptic structures. The mutant animals exhibited severe locomotion behaviors responses an inhibitor acetylcholinesterase a cholinergic agonist, indicating Rescue experiments suggested that regulated cell nonautonomously way. Moreover, was required for active zone morphology. Genetic evidence further demonstrated acted parallel pathway syd-2 regulate appeared as new regulator junctions C. elegans.
