摘要: Spin Hall nano-oscillators (SHNOs) are promising candidates for new microwave oscillators with high durability due to a small driving current. However, conventional SHNOs an in-plane precession (IPP) mode require bias field stable oscillations which is not favored in certain applications such as neuromorphic computing. Here, we propose and theoretically analyze bias-field-free SHNO hard axis out-of-plane (OPP) by solving the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation analytically numerically. We derive formulas currents frequency, show that they good agreement numerical simulation results. our proposed can be driven much smaller current than spin torque nano-oscillators.
