Sustainable business models through the lens of organizational design: a systematic literature review

摘要: The interest in sustainable business models has grown rapidly recent years. Although some progress been made identifying this concept and making the practices more sustainable, little is known about organizational design that most appropriate for creating new or implementing changes existing ones towards a sustainability approach. This paper presents review of terms key factors influence firm based on organization theory. We retrieved 394 Journal Citation Reports papers from WoK Scopus databases, 19 have addressed interplay between both constructs. used Galbraith Star Model to analyze selected papers. discuss three findings cross-fertilization literatures: (i) extension elements outside boundaries at inter-organizational ecosystem levels; (ii) emphasis certain (strategy, process, people, structure) rather than others (rewards); (iii) use construct as tactic tool strategy execution model. also present theoretical practical implications further development framework, well future avenues research.
