摘要: An automatic part positioning system, such as may be used in tool or jig building, precisely locates aligns the assembly components of large structures. Any misalignment a component, with respect to given spatial reference, is detected and appropriate error signals are generated which control servosystem move component into alignment through three rectilinear axes angular axes, required. These six degrees freedom referenced one more laser beams establish system''s reference. Multiple photoelectric targets, secured for movement therewith, respond generate necessary translational rotational operation servosystem. Activation automatically brings position basic reference thereafter maintains established alignment.
