摘要: The influence of mounting conditions on the measurement absorption coefficient in standing wave tube (swt) is investigated. In a previous paper [D. Pilon, R. Panneton, and F. Sgard, J. Acoust. Soc. Am. 114, 1980–1987 (2003)], behavioral criterion was developed to access effect circumferential edge constraint elastic foams. Similarly, air gaps porous materials studied here. objective identify materials, terms ratio based their physical properties, for which it possible measure theoretical when mounted inside swt with gap. difference between measured evaluated wide range various sample sizes. These errors are then sorted chosen ratio. It shown that certain values ratio, can be efficiently using swt. Through use this acousto-visco-inertial criterion, an experimenter determine going measured: or one will influenced by gaps.
