摘要: We report the shape evolution process of Cu2O nanocrystals upon slow oxidation Cu under ambient conditions, yielding novel hexagonal and triangular platelike morphologies. The obtained evolves from to octahedral; growth patterns are governed by kinetically thermodynamically controlled growth.
