摘要: Abstract To compare the effectiveness of training in heat and sweat clothing cool conditions on improving tolerance, two groups active subjects (n = 6 each) performed an interval running heat‐tolerance test before after a 7‐day experimental treatment. On each treatment day attempted to complete 4 × 15 min treadmill periods (a 7.5 s effort every 30 s, km h‐1, 15% grade; same exercise format as test), which were interspersed with 5‐min recovery (total time 80 min). Group 1 (heat) ran shorts, socks shoes hot humid conditions, 2 (sweat clothing) dressed T‐shirt covered by polyester‐cotton tracksuit, over was worn 100% nylon spray‐proof pants jacket (cotton lined) acrylic cloth bobble hat (beanie) head. Both displayed changes typical acclimatization period, significant decreases final r...
