摘要: Abstract Radionuclides monitoring is an issue of increasing concern due to their widespread use last years. Thus, efficient methods for radionuclides determination are required. extraction and preconcentration usually required prior detection, especially when dealing with environmental biological samples. Most commonly pretreatment techniques in radiochemical analysis solid-phase liquid-liquid extraction, providing not only sample clean-up but also high enrichment factors. These protocols long tedious involving a large consume reagents waste generation what difficult application plans. Flow have proved be suitable platforms develop automated analyzers, offering advantages such as fast low-cost low consumption so manipulation by the analyst. this review strategies followed automate exploiting most used procedures flow presented critically compared.
