摘要: The present invention relates to variants of herpes simplex virus (HSV) that selectively infect and replicate in cancer cells, including HSV strains bladder cells. Preferred the have intact endogenous Us11 Us12 genes encoding ICP34.5 replaced with a gene fused an immediate early (IE) promoter. variant also comprise one or more additional heterologous immunomodulatory polypeptides. Methods compositions using these HSV, e.g., for treating subject, are provided.
