摘要: A continuous rod of porous poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) has been prepared by a free radical polymerization within the confines 300 x 8 mm I.D. chromatographic column. The epoxide groups have modified reaction with diethylamine that affords ionizable functionalities required for ion-exchange mode. properties this column characterized and used successfully separation proteins. exhibits dynamic capacity exceeds mg at flow velocity 200 cm/min. An excellent selectivity allows up to protein mixture in single run.
