摘要: The delivery of polypeptide and protein drugs by a convenient effective method is major challenge in the development these compounds as therapeutic agents. Due to degradation and/or lack absorption gastrointestinal tract, large, uneconomical doses are required for activity following oral administration. Rectal, nasal depot injectable preparations have been investigated insulin but success has limited. route, which assures availability drug patient, still most frequently used. Efficient low variability among criteria be emphasized when developing alternative systems.
