摘要: Cellular secretions are a fundamental aspect of cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions in vivo. In malignancy, cancer cells have an aberrant secretome compared to their non-malignant counterparts, termed the "cancer cell secretome". The can influence every stage tumourigenic cascade. At primary site, secrete multitude factors that facilitate invasion into surrounding tissue, allowing interaction with local tumour microenvironment (TME), driving development progression. more advanced disease, be involved extravasation metastasis, including metastatic organotropism, pre-metastatic niche (PMN) preparation, outgrowth. this review, we will explore latest advances field secretions, its dynamic complex role activating TME potentiating comments on how these may also promote therapy resistance.
