摘要: The invention discloses a display device which comprises an upper substrate, lower solvent between the substrate and elliptic balls, wherein balls are located used for forming photonic crystals, have electromagnetic properties. According to device, nanometer or submicron order form light refraction coefficient is changed, in different colors reflected, colored image displayed. Problems that electronic paper based on spherical micro-balls can only black-and-white single color, poorer effect, long response time high price, film of liquid crystal causes optical loss prior art solved.
