Estimation of the place environmental amenities and disamenities proceeds by specifying a theoretical framework conducting data analyses purchase decisions (prices paid quantities purchased) according to this conceptual framework. Four commonly used revealed are discussed in next three chapters (Chapter 9, travel cost; Chapter 10, hedonics; 11, defensive behavior damage costs).
