摘要: SUMMARY: A technique is described in which airborne micro-organisms are captured on ultra-fine spider threads. In this state the organisms may be subjected to any environment of interest for extended periods time, during their loss viability assayed. Experiments show that quantitatively similar true state, provided microthread and aerosol environments identical certain other precautions observed.
