摘要: Natural compounds derived from living organisms are well defined for their remarkable biological and pharmacological properties likely to be translated into clinical use. Therefore, delving the mechanisms by which natural protect against diverse diseases may of great therapeutic benefits medical practice. Autophagy, an intricate lysosome-dependent digestion process, with implications in a wide variety pathophysiological settings, has attracted extensive attention over past few decades. Hitherto, accumulating evidence revealed that large number products involved autophagy modulation, either inducing or inhibiting autophagy, through multiple signaling pathways transcriptional regulators. In this review, we summarize regulating multifarious including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular metabolic immune hoping inspire further investigation underlying facilitate use human diseases.
