摘要: Active aging improves health, life satisfaction, and sense of living. This chapter describes state-of-the-art assistive devices introduces a variety exoskeletons including hard soft types. Newly developed pneumatic artificial muscles with low air pressure driven capability are presented, their application to motion assistance for daily activity enhance sports experience demonstrated. The gel actuator (PGM) can be under very volume. PGMs applied walk assist suit that does not use any electric devices, named the Unplugged Powered Suit. Control timing is attempted by adding foot sensors, valves, micro-computers suit. wrist explored. ForceHand glove support user in performing basic movements help attached glove. Applications described include an attempt take advantage lightweight flexible characteristics development players physical abilities create more exciting experience. Tennis laser tag games were augmented this soft-exoskeleton technology its performance was evaluated context.
