摘要: Abstract The Co3O4 hollow spheres with 3D hierarchical structure have been synthesized successfully by a facile precipitation method using SiO2 as hard template. of good substrate material can be further functioned because its stable and porous well large specific surface. To improve the gas sensing properties Co3O4, ZnO nanoparticles were introduced to modify into Co3O4/ZnO composites. composite characterized XRD, FESEM, HRTEM XPS analysis. Gas-sensing experiments reveal that not only exhibits high sensitivity is 4 times higher than pristine rapid response recovery but also has excellent selectivity relatively low operating temperature 10 ppm HCHO. Such performance may attributed formation p-n heterojunctions at interface between both oxides.
