摘要: Abstract From 1973 to 1980, we carried out a controlled study at the National Cancer Institute in Milan consider value of conservative procedure patients with breast cancer small size. We randomized 701 measuring less than 2 cm diameter and no palpable axillary lymph nodes Halsted radical mastectomy or "quadrantectomy" dissection radiotherapy ipsilateral residual tissue. treated 349 352 quadrantectomy.
