摘要: The invention discloses a micro-nano combined active-passive mixed sound absorption structure and control method thereof. combine is characterized in that nano tubes are uniformly filled porous material to form passive structure, the front plane of exposed vertically incident wave, back an elliptic plane; adhered with piezoelectric film thickness micron grade active execution device structure. In invention, noise improved specific thus effective frequency band greatly expanded, volume reduced, voltage effect better.
