摘要: ZSM-5 series catalysts with different metal contents were prepared for NO removal by CO in the presence of O2, SO2 and steam via an impregnation method. The flash used characterized XRD, BET, XPS, NH3-TPD, CO-TPR situ DRIFTS their activities tested a fixed-bed reactor. 10Ce–10Fe catalyst exhibited stable conversion over 90% within temperature range from 320 °C to 650 °C, it has superior resistance steam. structure was retained after loading Fe Ce, diffraction peaks Fe2O3 CeO2 observed XRD spectra increase content. specific surface area pore volume Ce–Fe/ZSM-5 decreased, its average diameter increased. possess chemisorbed oxygen lattice oxygen, various cations (Fe3+/Fe2+ Ce4+/Ce3+) promote production vacancies, which are beneficial activation N–O. strong acid sites some medium-strong involved catalytic reaction as active NH3-TPD. interaction between (Ce3+ + Fe3+ ↔ Ce4+ Fe2+) improves performance, reducing property, steam, service life.
