摘要: Abstract Pd films (equivalent thickness 0.1 nm 40%) or very flat islands ((film d)/(surface coverage A) ≤ 1·5nm). Otherwise an inaccuracy of up to ΔE B = 2·7 eV occurs because differential charging covered and uncovered NaCl surface regions during photoemission.
