摘要: This work mainly focused on d-histidine solubility in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) + water, ethanol dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) water, and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) water mixtures. All experiments were performed at temperatures between T = 293.15 and 333.15 K intervals of 5 by a shake-flask method. The largest d-histidine was found the neat solvents NMP (DMF or DMSO) for (DMF or mixtures mixture. values of mole fraction well-correlated using Jouyban–Acree model, which obtained relative average deviation lower than 2.78% root-mean-square than 27.43 × 10–4. We used inverse Kirkwood–Buff integral method to quantitatively evaluate local mole DMF (ethanol, DMSO, NMP) nearby d-histidine. Within water-rich compositions, was preferentially solvated by water DMSO by ethanol mixture. other compositions three mixtures, the DMF mixture. Nevertheless, aqueous solution (1) (2) with entire compositions, not solvated by water. Moreover, linear solvation energy relationships were implemented experimental data obtain insight into solvent dependence variation mixed solvents. It observed that basicity (NMP DMF) polarity-polarizability of mixture control solubility.
