摘要: Abstract The main features of the long-range effect in metals and alloys are studied by high-dose ion implantation. results a transmission electron microscopy study dislocation structures formed copper implantation given as an illustration. It is shown that determined microstructure initial state target structural-phased alloyed surface layer. A mathematical model defect structure formation sublayer beneath layer implanted proposed. principle dislocations under stresses ejected from it then move inertia until they stopped; path value exceeds projected range. calculations correlate well with experimental results.
