摘要: Abstract Subjective tinnitus is the most common type of tinnitus, which manifestation pathological activities in brain. It happens a substantial portion general population and brings significant burden to society. Severe subjective can lead depression insomnia severely affects patients’ quality life. However, due poor understanding its etiology pathogenesis, treatment remains challenging. In recent decades, growing number studies have shown that related lesion-induced neural plasticity auditory non-auditory central systems. This article reviews cellular mechanisms provide further pathogenesis.
