Viral hepatitis A and B in hemodialysed patients.

摘要: In 113 hemodialysed patients, 167 hospitalized and 143 outpatients the frequency of HAV HBV markers were studied by testing HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc, HBeAg, anti-HBe, anti-HAV. The hemodialysis patients in a dialysis-center had significantly more often (85.7%) than those maintained on home-dialysis (46.5%). 29.9% 32.1% markers. By anti-HBc test up to 41% additional infections could be detected.--The prevalence anti-HAV was very high all groups. Significant differences between control groups existed only age 39 years.--The frequencies related age, duration dialysis treatment, transfusional frequency, transaminases. appeared as clinically important hepatitis agent dialysis.
