摘要: The reform of the welfare state has been subject wide literature concerning different models. With a particular reference to Continental Europe, revival social dialogue between government and partners (particularly trade unions) become great interest. aim this work is introduce short empirical analysis events in two European countries (France Italy) at beginning 90s, with special pension sector. In both cases, concerted reforms confrontational approaches have interchanged order obtain approval governmental projects. On basis figures referring process legislative innovation carried out 1992 1995, I will try identify most important features relationship political actors. particular, draw on exchange concept as defined by Pizzorno (1977) 70’s. its content help me describe interaction interlocutors terms priorities. study (and impact) each proposal give opportunity explain diverse reaction unions and, subsequently, consequent result (in approbation project legislative).
