摘要: ABSTRACTWhole cell of Lactobacillus plantarum A6-1F was employed as the catalyst to produce CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) from LA (linoleic acid). In order enhance activity enzyme, we introduced permeabilization technology for modifying cells. Data showed that freeze-thawing a suitable and economical method modified plantarum, which made yield approximately 20% more than untreated fresh cell. It also observed pH, temperature, substrate concentration, concentration were main factors affected reaction conditions studied. Under optimal (pH 7.0, 15% (w/v) 1.5 mg/mL 37°C), maximum production (275.7μg/mL) obtained in PBS after 2h reaction. The isomer mixture c9, t11 has physiological activity.
