Vapor‐liquid equilibrium in the ethane‐carbon dioxide system

摘要: Vapor-liquid equilibrium compositions were measured at four isothermal conditions from −60°F to 60°F over the pressure range 101.5 827.0 psia for binary system ethane-carbon dioxide. A forced recirculation apparatus was employed determination. The data obtained found be thermodynamically consistent, and compared favorably with values predicted by means of a modified Redlich-Kwong equation state especially lower temperatures. On mesure les d'equilibre entre la vapeur et le liquide dans cas du systeme binaire ethane-anhydride carbonique; on fait mesures quatre isothermiques, des temperatures comprises + pour une echelle de pressions absolues variant livres au pouce carre. On utilise ladite determination un appareil forcee. On trouve que resultats obtenus etaient constants, point vue thermodynamique, compares d'une maniere satisfaisante avec valeurs prevues par l'equation d'etat Redlich Kwong modifiee, surtout aux basses temperatures.
