摘要: In Orthoptera, intraspecific acoustic communication occurs during the period of reproduction adult insects and is realized by means species-specific sound signals. These signals are generated males only in crickets, but both sexes grasshoppers. Periodic movements which produce made either with front wings crickets tettigonid grasshoppers or hindlegs acridid Auditory organs located within legs laterally 1st abdominal segment receive information processed certain parts CNS. The auditory input can give rise to phonokinetic behaviour females responses one (crickets) (grasshoppers).
