摘要: Abstract The increased awareness of the importance global healthcare which has formed an inseparable relationship with quality human life led researchers to pay attention trends in development industry. This study identifies eight potential designed provide industry appropriate strategy recommendations. modified Z-numbers decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (called Z-DEMATEL) technique is adapted construct mutual influential relationships prioritize these trends. Z-number method optimizes conventional fuzzy numbers increases reliability expert evaluations reflect confidence environment under uncertainty. Z-DEMATEL provides a complete linguistic its membership functions, generates set influence weights criteria. Real Taiwan are taken as example demonstrate effectiveness proposed model. results show that internet things telemedicine important future Taiwan. paper useful reliable management suggestions help promote innovative technologies.
