摘要: Smart Grid (SG) is characterized by two-way flow of electricity and information capable monitoring everything from power plants customer preference to individual appliances. In this paper, we focus on applying 3GPP LTE release 8 technology build a high-reliable low-latency Distribution Automation (DA) network. Based the documents released Nation Institute Standard Technologies, communication requirements DA are obtained, which include traffic distributions, latency constraint reliability requirement. The tightly coupled in order mitigate queueing delay, reserve bandwidth only for devices with low duty cycle random traffics. By maintaining all field RRC-CONNECTED state, scheduling delay can be decreased 66 ms as maximum, leaves time complete three retransmissions devices' data. Finally, uplink downlink cell-edge Interference-plus-Noise Ratios estimated through system level simulation. satisfied 4-by-2 Transmission Mode 6 downlink, 1-by-4 uplink, respectively. Therefore, conclude that promising candidate wireless
