摘要: Parasitoid wasps of the order Hymenoptera, most diverse groups animals, are important natural enemies arthropod hosts in ecosystems and can be used biological control. To date, only one neuropeptidome a parasitoid wasp, Nasonia vitripennis, has been identified. This study aimed to identify more neuropeptides wasps, by using well-established workflow that was previously adopted for predicting insect neuropeptide sequences. Based on publicly accessible databases, totally 517 precursors from 24 wasp species were identified; these included five (CNMamide, FMRFamide-like, ITG-like, ion transport peptide-like orcokinin B) identified first time our knowledge. Next, compared with those other species. Phylogenetic analysis suggested divergence AST-CCC within Hymenoptera. Further, encoding patterns CAPA/PK family genes found different between Hymenoptera Some not some superfamilies (e.g., sulfakinin), or considerably divergent sNPF) might related distinct physiological processes life. Information sequences useful better understanding phylogenetic relationships further elucidating functions signaling systems wasps.
