摘要: Nafcillin is an antibiotic used for infections due to penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. In general, the adverse reactions nafcillin have not been frequent and serious. We report here a new type of reaction in patient with end-stage renal disease whom caused unexpected complication bullous drug eruption subseqent neutropenia. Three weeks after start intravenous treatment peritoneal dialysis peritonitis, developed blisters on his right ankle. These became progressive widespread, bullae affecting most body surface. addition, neutropenia three days appearance skin lesions. Spontaneous recovery lesions was observed withdrawal naficillin. When treating patients chronic failure, physicians should be aware these rare but potentially severe reactions.
