摘要: We report on the growth of 1–10 ML films hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), also known as white graphene, fiber-oriented Ag buffer SrTiO3(001) by pulsed laser deposition. The 40 nm thickness were used substitutes for expensive single crystal metallic substrates. In-situ, reflection high-energy electron diffraction was to monitor surface structure and observe formation characteristic h-BN pattern. Further evidence provided attenuated total reflectance spectroscopy, which showed peaks at ∼780 cm−1 1367.4 cm−1. Ex-situ photoelectron spectroscopy that is stoichiometric. physical confirmed scanning microscopy. grew large, sub-millimeter sheets with nano- micro-sheets scattered surface. can be exfoliated micromechanical adhesive tape method. ...
