摘要: We describe two simple protocols for preparation of templates direct sequencing yeast mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) by automatic analyzers. The work with a range species and yield sufficient quantity quality the template DNA. In combination primer-walking strategy, they can be used either as an alternative or complementary approach to shot-gun random fragment libraries. demonstrate that are suitable re-sequencing mtDNA comparative analyses intraspecific variability strains well primary determination complete genome sequence.
