摘要: Exchangeable apolipoproteins play an important role in systemic lipid metabolism, especially for lipoproteins with which they are associated. Recently, emerging evidence has suggested that exchangeable apolipoproteins, such as apolipoprotein A4 (apoA4), A5 (apoA5), C3 (apoC3) and E (apoE), also exert effects on intracellular homeostasis. There is a close link between metabolism adipose tissue liver because the latter behaves metabolic sensor of dysfunctional main target lipotoxicity. Given energy balance these two major lipogenic organs intimately involved pathogenesis obesity non-alcoholic fatty disease (NAFLD), we here review recent findings concerning function triglyceride adipocytes hepatocytes. These may act mediators crosstalk liver, thus influencing development hepatosteatosis. This provides new insights into physiological identifies latent targets therapeutic intervention its related disorders.
