摘要: Amyloid fibril formation is a critical step in Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Inhibition of A aggregation has shown promising against AD and been used clinic trials. Here, novel strategy reported for the self-assembly polyoxometalate-peptide (POM@P) hybrid particles as bifunctional inhibitors. The two-in-one POM@P nanoparticles show an enhanced inhibition effect on amyloid mice cerebrospinal fluid. Incorporating clinically fibril-staining dye, congo red (CR), into colloidal spheres, can also act effective fluorescent probe to monitor process via CR fluorescence change real time. It believed that such flexible organic-inorganic systems may prompt design new multifunctional materials treatment.
