摘要: Stimulation of macrophages by various ligands results in the activation both phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) and protein kinase C (PKC). Here, we showed that PKCdelta selectively inhibits class IA PI3K. Prior exposure to a PKC activator, phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) inhibited PI3K induced Fcgamma receptor (FcgammaR) ligation but not C5a. Prolonged inhibition GF109203X increased basal activity quiescent macrophages. The effect inhibitor can be observed from mice lacking IB (p110gamma). Thus was suggested attenuate activity. Chronic PMA degradation Akt activation. Enhancement actvity also cells stably deficient prepared shRNA technique. FcgammaR-mediated phagocytosis dramatically these cells. it is inactivation functioning regulation phagocytosis.
